Is it really free?
Yes. The online booking form and the booking emails are free with no time limit and no credit card. The form shows a small "Powered by Workshop Hub" credit under it.
How do I get told about new bookings?
By email only, sent to the address you sign up with. SMS alerts, a booking diary and automatic customer reminders are part of the paid Workshop Hub plans.
Will it work on my website?
If you can paste a snippet of code into a page, yes: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-built sites.
Does the customer get a confirmation?
The customer sees an on-screen confirmation that their booking request was sent. You then contact them to confirm the time.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade to Solo, Shop or Pro+ any time from the link in your booking emails. You keep the same embed code, and the bookings you already received show in your Workshop Hub diary.
