Do I need to import years of history first?
No. Many shops start with active customers and vehicles, then bring older history later. Limited-offer members get free import of what you can export.
Will mechanics need training?
The floor app is PIN login and job cards. Most techs are productive the same day with a five-minute walkthrough.
