Delete your data

Workshop Hub lets a workshop owner delete their account, and delete data that came from a connected Facebook Page.

Delete the whole workshop account

1. Sign in at portal.workshophub.com.au.
2. Open Settings, then Account & billing, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. That cancels the subscription, disables login, and deletes the workspace after a short backup period.

Delete a Facebook connection

Open Settings, then Integrations, and press Disconnect on the Facebook reviews card. That removes the Page connection and the reviews stored from that Page. You can also remove Workshop Hub in Facebook under Settings and privacy, then Apps and websites.

Ask us to delete it

Email support@workshophub.com.au from the address on the account. Include the workshop name and, if this is about Facebook, the Page name. We reply by email.
