Frequently asked questions

Can I service a fleet at their yard?

Yes. With Mobile service on, book a yard visit for several trucks. Each truck gets its own job card, and you send one invoice with every truck’s lines and the customer’s PO number.

Can I track engine hours as well as km?

Yes. A truck can have both an odometer and an hour meter, and service items can fall due on km, hours or months, whichever comes first.

Can a trailer be linked to a truck?

Yes. Set the trailer as its own unit and link it to the prime mover on the same customer. Both pages show the link.

Will it change anything if I also do cars?

No. You can pick more than one workshop type. Cars stay exactly as they are; the truck setup only adds unit types and templates.

Do I need to set it all up by hand?

No. When you pick Truck & diesel we offer to add the starter job templates, booking options and service items. Nothing you already have is changed or deleted.
