Is Workshop Hub on the Xero App Store?

The Xero connection works from Workshop Hub Settings today. A public Xero App Store listing is a separate partner application — we say partnered with Xero for the integration, not that we are listed on apps.xero.com yet.

Do I still need Xero?

Yes, for BAS, bank feeds and your accountant. Workshop Hub runs the workshop side and syncs invoices and payments so you do not re-key them.

Is Xero sync included on Solo?

Yes. Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online sync is included on every plan, including Solo at $59 a month + GST.

Can I switch from MYOB or QuickBooks later?

Pick one accounting product at a time in Settings. Talk to your bookkeeper before changing mid-year so opening balances stay clean.

Workshop software with Xero sync

Workshop Hub is partnered with Xero so Australian workshops can send customers, tax invoices and payments from the job card into Xero — without retyping lines for the bookkeeper.

Accounting sync is included on every plan (Solo $59, Shop $129 and Pro+ $189 AUD/month + GST). Pick Xero in Settings, sign in, and keep BAS work in Xero where it belongs.

What syncs

Customers created or updated in Workshop Hub
Tax invoices with parts, labour and GST
Payments recorded in Workshop Hub (so the Xero invoice can show as paid)
Supplier bills where you use Workshop Hub supplier invoice tools

How it works

Run the job in Workshop Hub: booking → job card → quote → invoice.
When the invoice is ready, sync sends it to Xero with the customer and line items.
Your bookkeeper keeps bank reconciliation, BAS and chart of accounts in Xero.
You can still email payment links from Workshop Hub; card payments recorded here can sync across.
