Connect uses the partnered MYOB sign-in from Settings. Confirm your MYOB product type during setup; ask support if you are unsure.

Is MYOB charged separately?

No separate Workshop Hub fee. Accounting sync is included on Solo ($59), Shop ($129) and Pro+ ($189) + GST. You still pay MYOB for your MYOB subscription.

Can I use Xero instead?

Yes. Pick Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online in Settings — one at a time.

Workshop Hub is partnered with MYOB so shops that keep their books in MYOB can connect from Settings and send workshop invoices through instead of retyping them.

Connect is available on every plan (Solo $59, Shop $129 and Pro+ $189 AUD/month + GST). Keep BAS and bank work in MYOB; run bookings, job cards and GST invoices in Workshop Hub.

How it works

Choose MYOB in Workshop Hub Settings and complete the partnered sign-in.
Create invoices from finished job cards as usual.
Use MYOB for BAS, bank reconciliation and your bookkeeper’s workflow.

Good to know

MYOB connect is available in Workshop Hub. End-to-end validation against every real company-file setup is still being completed, so treat first sync as something to check with your bookkeeper on a few invoices before you rely on it for month-end.

If your file uses unusual tax codes or multi-company setups, confirm mapping with support before you go live.
