Supplier invoice inbox
On Pro+, every workshop gets its own supplier invoice inbox address. Ask suppliers (or forward bills) to that address. Workshop Hub reads the attachment or body, matches it to a supplier you already have, and queues a draft.
Unknown senders are flagged so a random PDF does not land in your accounts file. You review the draft, fix any lines, and save it.
Statement upload and matching
You can also upload supplier invoices and statements (including scans). The same AI reads the document and helps match lines so you are not retyping every bill at the end of the month.
This is the workshop-side capture. Your bookkeeper still runs BAS and bank reconciliation in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online — Workshop Hub is there so supplier bills are not stuck in an email folder.

Pro+ at $189 AUD a month + GST. Solo and Shop do not include the supplier invoice inbox or matching tools.
Does it post bills to Xero on its own?
No. Drafts stay in Workshop Hub until someone checks them and taps Save. Then invoices and payments can sync through your partnered Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online connection.
Can suppliers email bills in?
Yes. Each Pro+ workshop gets its own inbox address. Invoices emailed there are read and matched as drafts.
Is this the same as bank reconciliation?
No. Bank reconciliation and BAS stay in your accounting software. This feature captures and matches supplier invoices and statements on the workshop side so you are not retyping them.
